Specific Project Model

	You can outsource one or more specific development projects. You can outsource entirely new applications, add new modules to existing applications, migrate an application to a new platform, or perform various other application related tasks on a turnkey basis

Supplemental Model

	You can use our services to supplement the capacity or capability of your existing IT department. The supplemental model can be implemented in one or more of the following ways, depending on your needs

		You can supplement IT capacity on an ad hoc basis, where you can obtain additional design, development, support, or quality assurance resources. These resources act as an extension of your current organization, and the leadership of your IT organization directs our work.

		You can supplement IT capacity on specific applications, while you continue to maintain or develop other existing applications. In this model you can focus on applications in technologies or domains where you have in-house expertise, while we focus on other technologies and domains.

		You can outsource all new development and use your in-house resources to maintain legacy applications. As we provide skills in the new technologies, you not have to retrain existing employees in the new technologies.

		You can outsource the support for most or all of your legacy applications, and perform all new development internally.
